At times, coupons may not be used with already discounted products, so please keep that in mind.

1. Order Acceptance
A confirmation email doesn't mean we accept your order. Japan Pharma can accept or decline your order for any reason. If we refuse your order, we'll inform you right away.
2. Returns
Please choose carefully, as we don’t offer refunds for changes of mind or wrong decisions. If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or not-as-described product, we'll provide an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 1 week with proof of purchase (like your e-invoice).
For exchanges of unopened products, contact our customer service. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and extra fees may apply if needed.
We do not accept returns or refunds for clearance or special items—sales are final.
